Born and raised in Morrison, Colorado, Riyadh founded N.E.M.T. Medical Mobility in 2000 after watching his community struggle to reach dialysis appointments, chemotherapy sessions, and specialist visits — not because care wasn't available, but because the ride wasn't reliable.
He personally trains every driver on patience, compassion, and the dignity each passenger deserves. Many of our passengers have been riding with us for years — some for over a decade.
